Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to Web Free on locacsv.com and engine.locacsv.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You do not need an account, purchase, payment, or trial subscription to use Web Free.

Local processing and data storage

CSV contents, file names, headers, cell values, and processing conditions are handled in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on a processing server. Network activity and storage for page delivery, theme preferences, public-site analytics, and the small amount of usage information sent by the processing site occur only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• You must have the necessary rights to process the data and follow applicable laws and organizational policies.
• Do not place an unreasonable load on or harm the site, other users, or the systems that run the site.
• Do not use the site for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, or bypassing security controls.

Results and backups

You are responsible for the source data, the options you choose, reviewing the result, and keeping backups. Check row counts, columns, encoding, and values before relying on the result for work or other important decisions.

Intellectual property and your data

Rights in the site's software, interface, text, images, and other content remain with their respective owners. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Rights in input data remain with you or the lawful owner, and you are responsible for confirming that your use of any output is permitted by the input rights and applicable law.

Service and liability limits

The site is offered in its current form. We do not guarantee that it will work in every environment, that output will be complete or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the service will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by using or being unable to use the site.

Features, availability, and these terms may change. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Japanese law governs these terms. Rules that would point to another country or region's law do not apply. If a law that cannot be waived requires a different approach, that law still applies. Otherwise, only the Tokyo District Court may hear disputes about the service or these terms at first instance.
